Incident Management Team

The Incident Management Team, or IMT, consists of BYU employees from eleven core organizational areas across campus.

Responsibilities of IMT members include:

  • Participation by a primary and secondary individual per department.
  • Participation in training.
  • Participation in monthly calls.
  • Reporting to the Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) as needed.

The departments represented by the IMT are included in the graphic below.

The Incident Management Team is made up of academic administration, risk management & safety, human resources, the Office of Information Technology, Residence Life, the Office of the General Counsel, the Dean of Students Campus Life, University Communications, physical facilities, and university police.
