EBC Program

Each building on campus has a designated Emergency Building Coordinator (EBC). EBCs serve as an extension of Emergency Management and assist in coordinating preparedness and planning efforts among BYU departments and buildings. They are also responsible for sharing preparedness information and plans with those in their building, assisting in creating emergency plans, and collaborating with first responders until Emergency Management can take over.
